Shipping policy

Please double check the full address provided in detail as there is nothing we can do if it is entered incorrectly.  If everything is entered correctly and your package says it has arrived but it has not, then please give us an email and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier in charge.  There may be special circumstances that we will give exceptions to accordingly.

Currently we're only shipping within Canada and USA. In the future, we plan to ship internationally.

We are based in Canada and most items will be shipped from here.  This means that shipping times will vary depending on where you are located.  Please be patient as shipping times are estimated to be:

Canada: 2-7 Business Days
United States: 7-15 Business Days
International: 10-20 Business Days
This does not include our processing period or any delays through borders

Any additional carriers fees along with duties and taxes are solely the responsibility of the receiver and not Impulse

If you have made an order and it has not shipped within 7 business days, please do not hesitate to send us an email at orders@teamimpulse.ca so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Small orders valued under $75 CAD which fit in our envelope packaging will not include a tracking number.  Large packages and orders above $75 CAD will have a tracking number sent to your email once the order has been received and processed.

If you think you should have received a tracking number but have not received it then please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@teamimpulse.ca so we can provide assistance as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ARE FINAL SALE.  Please review your order carefully before proceeding to confirm payment.  Any damaged items or defected items can be replaced by contacting us through our request form or email at orders@teamimpulse.ca. 

Requests

For any requests for restocks or possible color variations of items, please submit a message via the CONTACT US page and we will do our best to fufil requests made.  Any news on item drops and restocks will be sent out to our subscribers via email so please subscribe with your email at orders@teamimpulse.ca if you wish to be the first to be informed.
